This policy explains how Amir Online collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when a customer visits www.amironline.co.za, creates an account, or places an order. It is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and other applicable South African law.

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address;
• Account information: username, order history, saved preferences;
• Payment information processed through our payment provider (Yoco) — Amir Online does not store full card details on its own systems;

3. How We Use This Information

Personal information is processed for account administration, order fulfilment, payment processing, customer support, fraud prevention, delivery coordination and lawful marketing communication. Information is used only for the purpose it was collected for, or a purpose reasonably related to it.

Amir Online shares personal information only where necessary to fulfil an order or as required by law. This includes:

• The Courier Guy or another disclosed delivery partner, to arrange and complete delivery;
• Yoco, to securely process payment;

Amir Online does not sell or rent customer personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

The website uses cookies to keep customers logged in, remember cart contents, and understand how the site is used so it can be improved. Customers can disable cookies through their browser settings, though some website features may not function correctly as a result.

Amir Online does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. Accounts and purchases require the customer to be at least 18 years old, in line with the Terms and Conditions.

Amir Online may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in practice or legal requirements. The version in effect at the time of a transaction governs that transaction, unless a change is required by law.
